Kansas Policy Institute is an independent, nonprofit organization under Internal Revenue Service Section 501(c)(3) and is a registered charity with the State of Kansas. We are not endowed and do not accept government funding. We depend on the generosity of individuals, companies, and foundations who share our beliefs in the constitutional right to freedom of all Kansans, greater access to better educational opportunities, and allow Kansans to keep more of what they earn.
